Shipping & Delivery

At NuruAsili, orders are fulfilled through third-party suppliers on Alibaba and shipped directly to customers.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery is estimated within 3–5 days after dispatch, depending on the product, supplier, and delivery destination. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Order processing, customs clearance, holidays, or courier delays may affect the timeframe.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

Separate Shipments

Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Delivery Assistance

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. For questions about delivery or a delayed shipment, contact NuruAsili through our Contact Us page with your order number.
